Our goal is to provide our customers with the ability to fill their freezer with the best quality beef and pork available!  Not only can you know it was sourced locally, raised humanely, fed the best feeds on the market, processed humanely, meat handled safely all within a few miles of your home.  We have also worked hard over the years to make sure the combination of events above also delivers the best tasting, most tender, highest quality meat around!
