Berkshire Pork

We sell exclusively Purebred Berkshire Pork!  We partner with Christensen Farms where they are born and raised on the same farm up till harvest date!
These are grain fed a home  mixed ration and most commonly finished at approx. 300# Live weight.

The Berkshire are most commonly harvested 2 times per year.  We shoot to have a "Summer Batch" and a "Winter Batch".  We take reservations year round and can get you on whichever batch you would like!

Berkshire Pork is known for its rich red color and marbling throughout the cuts unlike most traditional production pork breeds.  This gives exceptional flavor and tenderness that most have never experienced when eating pork!  Berkshire is considered a "Heritage Breed" and is highly sought after by high end restaurants!

We deliver them to Geiss Meats in Merrill where you are able to talk right to the processor and have it processed / packaged to your specifications.
